Ok I star….

In the books of the Harry Potter author JK Rowling describes everything in detail, including meals and drinks they consume Harry and his friends, so I have created a section of recipes you can prepare in your house and have fun with your friends! 😛 Yay!

The pictures of the diferent recipes (edited by me) are here (click to see the pictures big):

 Treacle tart
Makes about 2 dozen mini-cakes.
Ingredients:
9 oz pie crust
Approximately 11 tablespoons black treacle (can use golden syrup if desired)
1 teaspoon ginger without seasoning (optional)
4 ounces of crumbs
Preparation:
After greasing the pan, line each miniature cake and bake the pie crust, as thin as possible. Heat the molasses in a saucepan. Add the ginger and stir around in the pan. Add the crumb mixture in each pie only about 2 / 3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, watching closely so the crust will not burn the edges.

Pumpkin Empanadas
Makes about 3 dozen miniature pies.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 / 4 cups sugar
1 pound pumpkin
1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 / 2 teaspoon ginger
1 / 4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 2 / 3 cups milk
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
9 oz pie crust
Preparation:
Bake the pie filling (no crust) in a large saucepan to 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Keep the oven door closed and reduce temperature to moderate 350 ° F or 180 degrees and continue baking for Celsuis 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Make or buy a pie crust. Roll it thinly and cut into circles about 4 inches in diameter. Put a tablespoon of fresh pumpkin mixture on one side of the center of the circle. Fold over the crust in the middle of the circle and crispa edges until they are firmly closed. Leave three small openings on the top for the smoke to escape, and bake until crust is golden-brown color. Serve at room temperature.

Peppermint Frog
Ingredients:
pan candy or chocolate frog
white chocolate candy to melt
Oil minty fresh
Chocolate chips or other candy
Preparation:
You can use artificial colors to make the melted white candy obtain any desired color. Melt white chocolate according to instructions. Use a toothpick to add peppermint oil drop by drop, until you have the desired flavor. Be careful, because the peppermint oil is very strong. Beat with a spoon the mixture of chocolate-flavored candy mold and let harden in the refrigerator. When solid, make the bumps of frogs and add eyes with a small brush. Then add chocolate chips. These can be frozen and thawed just before serving.

  Cockroaches Bouquets
Ingredients:
Black chocolate
Dried noodles
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate until smooth. Stir until the noodles in the mixture is thick enough to hold together. Add the florets to a wax paper and let harden in the refrigerator. If you want a longer-lasting flavor, caramel melted paraffin in a bar with 12 ounces of chocolate before adding the noodles. These can be frozen and thawed just before serving.

Cauldron Cakes
Makes about 3 dozen from a standard cake mix
Ingredients:
Muffins
Black licorice bar
Preparation:
Bake the cupcakes according to directions, without the need for coatings. Cut the ends of the crown of each cupcake so that when you are upside down, they become completely flat. This will give more shape to pot. Cut black licorice string into small pieces and put them on the pots to form handles.

Acid Pops
Ingredients:
Sweet balls of flavor desired acid
Bittersweet sheets of various flavors
Preparation:
The combination of bittersweet films with the sweet surprise of acids, Acid Pops becomes. The acids are sweet sticky enough to be wrapped in bittersweet films, and then wrapped in wax paper. However, the resulting candies may begin to lose its flavor immediately upon contact with moisture, so you have to eat as soon as possible to get a better effect.

  3. I’m not much of a cook, but these recipes look neat, especially the Butterbeer one. It would be cool to compare it to the theme park’s version, which I thought was delicious! I ordered it as much as I could while I was there. 😆 I also remember being really tempted by a cauldron cake at Honeydukes, but I resisted. 😛

  4. Oh I don’t cook!My mother cook’s! 😆 xD But I love the cakes 😛 And more the Hp cakes!
Yes it would bee cool to compare the twoo butterbears!
